She writes: %u2018We had a fabulous weekend, with so many visitors and raised more money for charity than ever before. It is becoming a beloved community event and showcases so many wonderful groups in Olney.%u2019This year, the winning tree with the most votes was HelpUkraineBAMK, made out of bobble hats that will be sent to Ukraine (featured on page 52.)As the trees were taken down, an enthusiastic lady told Susan how many days it would be to the next year%u2019s festival; if you want to put it in your diary, the date for next year%u2019s event is Saturday 6th December and Sunday 7th December (with booked visits from schools, preschools and vulnerable groups on Friday 5th December.)For more info, please email christmastree@olneyparish.orgTree-mendous!
