Cherry Trees Day Nursery
ChERRy TREES DAy Nursery in Cranfield has been involved in some special charity work – we have been collecting shoe boxes full of gifts for children less fortunate than ourselves. Staff and parents were asked to donate gifts and essentials like toothbrushes and toothpaste and parcel them up in Christmas wrapped shoe boxes. Cherry Trees collected a fantastic 35 boxes which will be taken by Childbase staff to Bulgaria to give to children in orphanages there.
This is such a worthwhile cause that staff and parents were happy to contribute. The photograph shows three of our Butterflies children with the boxes before they were taken ready to be shipped.
