BOZEAT SCHOOL – Remember me with a tree!
OUR GARDENING CLUB coordinator Cheryl Jarvis and local Landscape Contractor Malcolm Threadgold helped the Year 6 children plant a Mountain Ash Tree (Sorbus Aucuparia ‘China Lace’) in the playground, to mark their final year at the school.
A big thank you goes to Acorn Nurseries in Emberton who kindly donated the tree, and to Malcolm who collected it and provided compost, a stake and a tree tie.
Let us hope that the tree grows big and strong like these children all seem to have done in the seven years at Bozeat Community Primary school!
