Olney Camera Club
The December print competition attracted a huge number of entries but judge Cathal Gantly from Milton Keynes did an excellent job in selecting winning prints from each of the categories which were: Animals – Jeff Taylor with ‘Eagle’; Open – Barbara Aggett ‘Café Culture’; Waterscapes – Jeff Taylor ‘Beach’ which was also judged the Print of the Evening.
The Colin Gadsby trophy for 2007 was presented to Jeff Taylor who accumulated a total of 52 points, second was Chris Haydon (37 pts) and third Barbara Aggett (23 pts).
The club was pleased to be invited to take part in the Community Carol Concert at the United Reform Church where it mounted a small exhibition of photographs taken by members during the year.
