new business with fresh ideas
If you go down to the woods today... Hollow Wood that is... you could be in for a bit of a surprise, because number 62 is the home of Anthos Floral Design.
Having trained at the well respected Judith Blacklock Flower School in Knightsbridge, I set up my business earlier this year as a new and creative freelance florist specialising in modern, bespoke floristry.
I aim to combine the finest flowers and foliage available with a fresh, inspirational approach to design, whether it be a hand-tied bouquet or large scale wedding.
If you take a peek at my website, www.anthos-flowers.co.uk, you’ll see that I provide flowers for pretty much any occasion you can think of, or for no occasion at all. Sometimes, you just need a treat and there’s nothing like the sight and scent of fresh flowers at home to lift
the spirits. Or maybe you’ve been invited to a friend’s house for dinner and want to surprise them with something unique and gorgeous? Perhaps you need a stunning gift bouquet or just a simple gift arrangement? Because I work entirely to order and to fit in with every client’s budget, I can come up with something to fit the bill precisely. I also deliver free of charge in Olney, surrounding villages and Milton Keynes.
As far as businesses are concerned, I provide individual designs for a number of local clients, including Case Security and those of you who like to eat out may have already seen my designs at The Spice Garden or The Swan in Olney.
Further afield, I also supply David Lloyd Health Club.
With Christmas rapidly approaching, I will be creating some wonderfully festive, but not in the least bit tacky, Christmas decorations, such as glamorous table centre pieces, displays for mantelpieces and beautiful gift bouquets.
So, next time you need flowers, think ‘Anthos’ (in case you’re wondering, it’s the Greek word for flower!).
