Allow to cool, remove from the tin and serve with fresh berries and a nice cuppa for your Mum...You will need:180g cornfl our360g baking soda180g citric acid180g Epsom salt7.5 tbsp coconut oil (melted)Bath fi zzer moulds (you can order these online from Amazon, or buy a full kit for making bath fi zzers, including the items listed here)Mix all the dry ingredients together in your largest mixing bowl with a wooden spoon, including the baking soda, citric acid, Epsom salts, and cornfl our.Add the melted coconut oil and essential oil. For example, lavender is very relaxing, so is perfect for a bath before bedtime. Gently mix your ingredients together with your hands (don't forget to pop your gloves on fi rst).To help your bath fi zzer ingredients bind together, lightly mist the mix with water using your spray bottle, but don't add too much all at once. Mix it all together and repeat several times with a few more gentle spritzes of water until the mixture all holds together a bit like a ball of dough. It's now time to add the colour! Separate your mixture into diff erent bowls according to how many colours you want to make. Add food colouring drops into each bowl; around fi ve drops should be enough. Use your hands or your spoon to mix the liquid through the ball so that the colour is evenly distributed; you'll now have diff erent colours of the bath fi zzer mixture.Take your chosen bath fi zzer mould. If you're using a classic round mould which comes in two halves you could fi ll one side with one colour and for the other side fi ll it with a diff erent colour. Overfi ll each half of the moulds so that when you put the halves together, the mixture is packed in tightly. Click the moulds together and wait a minute before tapping the sides and removing them. Leave it overnight to dry out properly before using. If you're using a silicone mould instead of a ball, you can still use different colours by layering them on top of each other until your mould is fi lled. Again, leave the mixture in the mould for a couple of minutes, then pop out and leave to dry.Add your homemade bath fizzers to your bath just before you jump in and watch them zip around, bubble up and release their fragrance. As well as using essential oils, you can also fragrance bath bombs and make them look even more attractive by adding in dried fl owers and petals such as rose and lavender.3 tbsp essential oilsFood colouringA spray bottle of waterLatex glovesA whisk for stirringWooden spoonMixing bowlsHOW TO MAKE 'THE BEST' FLOURLESS CHOCOLATE CAKEIngredients: 225g salted butter cubed, plus more for the tin300g dark chocolate, roughly chopped1 tbsp coff ee powder6 large eggs (whites and yolks separated)100g soft light brown sugar200g caster sugar2 tsp vanilla paste30g cocoa powderA selection of berries to serve
