As part of our theme ‘Places We Visit’, the children had the chance to go to the theatre, many for the first time. Last month, parents, staff and children went to see The Gruffalo at MK Theatre. Everyone had a great time, waving their gruffalo flags and enjoying

The children also made Gruffalo masks at pre-school, which they took to the theatre to add to the atmosphere.

To tie into our pre-school trip, the staff read the Gruffalo story and the children had the opportunity to tell the story themselves, using props and toys.
