Marcus Jordan & Co are proud to announce that they will be sponsoring the Harrold & Carlton Wolves Under 12’s football team for the forthcoming seasons. The team took delivery of their new kit on Saturday 10th March, where Marcus Jordan and Steven Peacock were on hand to pass over the sponsorship cheque to team coach Alistair White. Marcus said “I am pleased to have been approached by Alistair to cover the costs as it greatly helps the local community and shows appreciation for those who do not always receive recognition for their unpaid efforts. These are chiefly the incredibly supportive parents in terms of helping with lifts to away games, putting up and taking down goals, refereeing matches etc. The squad could not function without these unsung

Olney based racing driver Joe Osborne is ready to do battle for the title in the 15th British GT Championship starting next month. Driving a new 2012 spec Porsche 911 GT3 R, for Surrey based Team ‘Trackspeed Racing’ with gentleman driver Steve Tandy, Joe faces a tough fight from the competition racing against 30 cars including such manufacturers as Aston Martin, Audi, BMW, Corvette, Ferrari, Mclaren and Mercedes.

When asked about his expectations for the season Joe stated: “I think we have a good chance but we can’t afford any mistakes as the championship will be very tight this year. I want to start off on the aggressive to show our competition that our intension is to win this season”.

The British GT calendar
consists of seven rounds
with the championship being
decided at Donington Park
on the 30th September 2012. A European race also features on the calendar at the historic Nürburgring Ring, Germany on the 17th May 2012.
