Hello, I am Eileen Lewis, I have a Bsc in Physiotherapy and I am also a qualified Acupuncturist, with over 20 years experience. My Private Practice is based in the beautiful North Beds village of Turvey. My Clinic is modern and comfortable with free on-site parking. I offer flexible appointment times to suit your busy schedule. I am a member of several professional bodies including The
Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, The Health Professions Council, and the Acupuncture Association Of Physiotherapists. The patients I treat present me with a wide variety of symptoms, which may be acute or chronic and can range from back and neck/shoulder pain to knee or ankle problems or even headaches. My caseload is wide and may include osteoarthritis, general aches and pains, sporting injuries and
postural problems to name but a few.
My aim at initial assessment is to diagnose
the root cause of the problem and treat
appropriately, in the short term alleviating
symptoms and in the long term provide advice
and exercises to prevent recurrences. This
enables my patients to get back to normality,
be that everyday activities, work or sport as
soon as possible.
Treatments I use may include mobilisations,
manipulation, massage-based techniques,
taping, ultrasound or acupuncture.
