NEwS FROM NORTH CRAwLEY CE SCHOOL
AS PART OF the recent Royal wedding celebrations, children from North Crawley CE School certainly entered into the marvellous spirit of the occasion. All pupils received a special invitation to three days of revelry in school. Activities included making invitations, banners, flower arranging and cake decorating complete with traditional red, white and blue decorations. All this culminated in listening to rousing wedding marches and a special wedding breakfast where the ‘guests’ dressed for the occasion in either the union flag colours or in wedding attire! Everyone certainly had an exciting time.
Great interest and enthusiasm was created recently when Milton keynes Play Scheme visited school to advertise the return of children’s play activities on the recreation ground after school each Friday. This ‘taster session’, which included immense fun making bubbles, was very much enjoyed by all the children.

End of Term Beach Party - 22nd July 4-7pm
BOzEAT FIREwORkS FUND will be holding their annual End of Term Beach Party on Friday 22nd July from 4pm until 7pm in the garden of the Red Lion Bozeat. Entry is free and there will be Punch & Judy and Magic, face painting, stalls and a barbecue. There will also be a “Shorts and Shades” competition with a prize for the child who is best dressed for the beach.
