“Back to Basics” was the theme for guest speaker Paul Searle from Leighton Buzzard this month. Paul talked about the “rules” of photography covering composition and the rule of thirds, depth of field and the effects of lighting, both natural and flash lighting. A lively exchange of views followed Paul’s projected images of his travels which he used to demonstrate these theories.

POPPY APPEAL 2010
The Lavendon Branch of The Royal British Legion has a pitch from Sunday 25 October to Saturday 31 October inclusive in the Milton Keynes Shopping Centre to sell poppies.
We need as many volunteeers as possible who can spare a couple of hours to help with this valuable work.
