Last month my brother and sister (Paige & Josh) appeared on BBC 2 Saturday morning show, Reggie’s Truck of Stuff, with host Reggie Yates (Pictured
bottom right). Among the celebrity guests were Graeme Le Saux and this years UK Eurovision entry Daz Sampson. Lucky enough both Paige and Josh got picked out of the audience to have main roles in the show. My sister Paige was chosen to be ‘Mother Packer’ who had to pack the lorry full of gifts, partly because she took a massive toy lion (which I won on holiday). My brother was picked to be ‘Mini Pablo’ and he had to have a dressing up competition with the co-host Kojo. Both Paige and Josh loved the experience of going to Riverside Studios and being on the show. Fortunately my ‘paparazzi’ dad was on hand to get some great pictures of all the guests.

One fantastic band I have really got into over the last few months is Anti- flag. Press Corpse is an amazing track! Get their new album Its’ out now!
After entering a competition based on BBC 2 series ‘Dragons Den’, I visited Oxford for the interview stages for ‘Mini Dragons Den’. After putting my idea to the panel, I have now been accepted for the program out of hundreds of people. In the coming months I will take part in a number of workshops and residential trips where I will also have my own mentor, helping me to put my final idea before the successful entrepreneurs.
By Mark Lennon. 27th April, Brixton, Arctic Monkeys, quite possibly the best night of my life! Support was good, Reverend and the Makers check them out, lead singer was entertaining! Little Flames were average, but the Arctic
Monkeys came on and sent the place crazy! Opened with Riot Van, and played the whole album, plus 3 new songs, including my fave Leaving Before the Lights Come On, shame nobody else knew the words!! We were right at the front, was pretty crazy getting pushed around with crowd surfers everywhere, but was well worth it! Quite possibly one of the best live acts around.
Go see. Now! Believe the hype...
Thanks Mark!
