Many anonymous visits from judges took place to evaluate everything, from the moment they walked in, to the moment they left. We had no idea who was who.%u201dMooche Wala was fully booked on the night of the awards at Northampton%u2019s Royal & Derngate Theatre, so Mohammed attended the glittering event to receive the trophy on behalf of the town%u2019s High Street restaurant.%u201cWe have never won an award in previous years of owning a restaurant,%u201d said Bilal. %u201cWe put all our pride and eff orts into Mooche Wala and our passion too. All of our focus is food and customer service, attention to detail is key and I believe we have that.%u201d
