For them, the most important part of their relationship with us is the fact that we really, truly listen.Steve and Amanda Atkinson%u201c%u201dNo pane, no gain%u2026Local pub issues plea to help save its windows.Managers of a Grade II listed pub have put out a plea to drinkers to help them fi nd the cash for new windows.The Bell and Bear in Emberton needs replacement front windows and is facing a massive bill due to the type of new glazing it can have.%u201cIt needs new windows to preserve its heritage, improve energy effi ciency, and keep our pub warm and welcoming for years to come,%u201d says the pub in a social media post.%u201cDue to the building%u2019s listed status, the project is more complex and costly than a standard renovation, but together, we can make it happen.%u00a0%u201cWe expect the project to cost upward of %u00a310,000, which equates to %u00a3150 for each window pane.
