Taking donations Mon-Fri, 9am-5.30pm MK Food Bank supply food to families and individuals who are in urgent need in and around the Milton Keynes area. Your drop-off point is Phonebox Magazine of ce or Newport Pagnell Medical Centre. The Food Bank are now supplementing their food parcels with much-needed toiletries too. You can donate items such as shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrushes and soap.

Seniors Seated Exercise Class

A friendly group, open to all. No booking needed, just turn up! Adaptable seated exercises taught by a teacher with 30 years’ experience. All the moves are designed to improve flexibility, mobility, strength, balance, memory and coordination, along with gentle relaxation.
