TRAINEE/APPRENTICESHIP OPPORTUNITY
A small, well established company with international connections, is seeking a hard working, friendly, self motivated person to train as an Industrial X-ray Service Engineer. This will require work away from home, physical agility and the ability to work closely with others. This person will be expected to be educated to a level and ability to take on board Further Education both within the company and at a local college. The work will mainly involve electrical/mechanical work and the required person must have an interest in these subjects with electronics/PC and/or programming skills a distinct advantage. The person required must either have a driving licence (with no major endorsements) or be close to passing their Driving Test. Because our work involves working at various secure sites, the successful applicant will be required to go through the DV (Developed Vetting) process. The Applicant must be a UK National with no criminal record. We believe the right person will develop both con dence and skills to be able to work alone when required, in the UK and Ireland, when fully trained. The successful applicant will have a long term career ahead in an industry which is both unique and secure.
