Fish is Back
Following his sold-out UK shows in 2015, ex-Marillion frontman, Fish, is back! The Scottish singer/ songwriter has announced a
handful of UK shows for spring 2016, one of them being at Aylesbury Waterside Theatre on Monday 11th April. Fish will be performing Marillion hits on this tour, aptly named ‘Farewell To Childhood’. He speaks of his performances of Marillion’s 1985 album, Misplaced Childhood: “It holds a lot of memories from a period that was very exciting and crammed with experiences both dark and magical. The lyrics on that album hold a very special meaning to me as they were written by a young man on the cusp of fame and dealt with a lot of personal issues. It was not only a breakthrough album for the band but also for me as an artist because I was nally discovering my own individual style as a lyricist and singer. To be performing it on its 30th anniversary has a lovely resonance.”
The ‘Farewell To Childhood’ tour will be one of the most signi cant episodes of Fish’s long and memorable career. Tickets are available via thegigcartel.com/Artists-pro les/Fish.htm or via the 24 Hour ticket hotline – 0844 478 0898 for £25.00 each.

our local war memorials, exactly 100 years ago to the month.
Having worked with the Royal British Legion, we have the names of the men, alongside their unit and rank, below.
