Festival of Transport
If you are interested in improving your photos and meeting some new friends please join us. Our next meeting is on Wednesday 30th March 8.00pm at The Olney Centre - Digital Images Competition (Judge: Peter Going). Earls Barton
Planning is well underway for the 5th Festival of Transport that is being held over the weekend of 4th & 5th June, at Whites
Nurseries in Earls Barton, which is situated just off junction 10 of the A45.
The event is a chance to see transport through the ages, and they have a large variety including cars, motorcycles, scooters, pedal bikes, commercial vehicles, tractors, full scale and miniature steam engines, military and off roaders.
There are also trade stands, craft marquee, beer tent and food outlets.
Parking is free and admission charges are: Adults £6; Senior Citizens and children £4; Family (2+2) £16.
The event is open each day from 10am to 5pm. The postcode for sat navigation users is NN6 0EP.
In previous years, there has been a Fire and Rescue Show running alongside the event, but unfortunately due to a clash of dates for them, it will not be there this year.
But they do still have some re engines booked in their own line up.
