Finally after months of trying La Cantina have at last managed to obtain the services of the illustrious Mamma Maria. Arriving from the region of Campania, Mamma Maria brings with her over
40 years of specialist cooking and will focus on creating beautiful, simple and lovingly cooked Italian dishes such as soups, home made pastas, delicacies, cakes and more.
Added to the wonderful selection of meats, cheeses, sandwiches, cakes, teas, coffees, and drinks on offer, the arrival of Mamma Maria brings a really strong, authentic Italian food experience to the local area.
