of me gaining information such that I can keep residents in Sherington Ward informed; this I have done by reporting regularly at Parish Council and Parish Meetings. One of the reasons that I have not written before is that there has been nothing solid or formal to report; I am not someone who thrives on speculation. As Parish Councillors will know I have not expressed an opinion in favour or against a proposal, as no proposal exists.
over the months I have been striving to gain the commitment to a public engage that was provided today. Without anything tangible proposed the speculation was mounting and communities were becoming exercised; the move to the next phase, with consultation imminent, will enable all interested parties to have what I hope will be a meaningful dialogue and that whatever the outcome that residents and businesses feel that they have contributed and that their views have been considered.

My husband owned Milton Keynes Piano Workshop in Newport Pagnell up until his death. As well as selling pianos he displayed artists work. I have quite a few paintings I would really like to go back to their owners.

Earlier today, 22nd November, I secured the personal assurance of Adrian Brown, Managing Director of Berkeleyʼs, that his company would begin engagement with all affected parties in January 2013; this will be a multi-phase exercise that should end in June or July next year when Berkeleyʼs have indicated that a formal planning application would be submitted. I have been pressing Adrian for such an assurance for several months as I want the residents of Sherington Ward to be able to have their say as any formal proposal is being developed.
I trust that your readers appreciate that as an elected representative I need to work with facts. Whilst I have been keeping the parishes informed
