Charity dog walk
Sunday 18th July 2010
Start time: 10am, Meeting Place: Just inside the Olney entrance to Emberton Park
Parking: Emberton Park – £3.00 charge; Olney – free
Donations to Guide Dogs on the day or join the sponsored Guide Dogs ‘gowalkies’ – visit www.gowalkies.org.uk
There will be two routes, a shorter route around the park (approx one and a half miles) and a longer route leaving the park and following the bridleway and rejoining the park to meet at the starting point (approx 2 and a half miles).
All welcome with or without dogs.
People refreshments and dog water available.
In the interests of safety it is advised that dogs be kept on the lead in the park. Doggy poo bags will be available!

Roll Back the Years
On Friday 18th June we are inviting everyone who attended Olney Middle School between 1935 and 1955 to join us for a special afternoon tea and we need help in compiling the guest list! If you know of anyone who was at the school during this time please let us know by emailing head@olneymiddle.milton- keynes.sch.uk or by phoning the school office: 01234 711323. Having just had some work carried out in the hall we have found a piece of wood under the changing room benches with the words: ʻA Milward 1939ʼ. Was this someone who built the hall or a pupil?

This yearʼs Holiday Bible Club is from Monday, 9th – Friday, 13th August 2010, from 9.30 am – 12 noon each
morning, and is open to children aged 5 – 12.
The Club operates a first- come first-served booking
system, and bookings will open on Monday, 7th June 2010. The Club is free of charge.
Our theme this year is “Up and Away” and we hope for a wonderful week of fun while
learning about Jesus.
