As we move from Summer into Autumn, we move towards slower cooked dishes:
Coq au Vin, Boeuf Bourguignon, Roast Pressed Pork Belly and Slow Roast Lamb Shoulder.
As well as colourful Mediterranean dishes such as Bouillabaisse & Wild Mushroom Stroganoff and of course our selection of Mussels remains the widest in the area.
