Editorial
Two years ago an advertisement placed by BLEW opposing a wind energy development caused a bit of a stir. In fact the Advertising Standards Authorities got involved, letters were sent, and we were not far from the middle of it! A lot of people might think that it stopped there, well it didn’t - see Michael Jefferson’s article on page 30.
Autumn is upon us and that means Bonfire Night. There are a variety of local bonfire nights to choose from, take a look inside and if you can get to more than one, why not! Support for Guy Fawkes has never been stronger!!
Alas, if you haven’t got your own local firework display, don’t despair, have a look at The Buzz on page 46 and see what one Newport Pagnell resident is doing about it!
