OLNEY NETBALL CLUB
HIGH 5 TOURNAMENT – YEAR 6 WINNERS!
Olney Netball Club Junior teams have recently taken part in a series of High 5 netball tournaments over in Northampton. These tournaments culminated in a final tournament with both Year 6 and Year 5 teams being in Division Two. They have all played some fantastic netball during these events with
Olney Year 6 winning all of their games and were the overall winners of Division Two. Well done girls we are all very proud of you. Year 5 also did well winning one game, drawing a game and only narrowly losing their other 4 games.
All the girls have
enjoyed playing these
tournaments and regularly train with the netball club on Monday nights at Ousedale Olney Campus. We would welcome some more Year 5 girls or boys and would love to hear any girls/boys who will be going into Year 5 in September who would be interested in learning how to play High 5 netball. Training times are 5.00 – 6.00pm. Please ring Sue Marven for more details on 711338.
If there are any senior ladies interested in playing netball we also train on a Monday evening at the Ousedale Olney Campus from 7.30 – 9.00pm please do contact us.
