Olney Neighbourhood Action Group (NAG)
Results from the NAG Questionnaire
We were pleased to receive 171 completed questionnaire forms.
You have told us that your current three main concerns/priorities are:
1. Traffic issues
2. Anti-social behaviour 3. Litter
NAG will now adopt these three issues and make them their priority during the coming year. Our first task will be to complete our Neighbourhood Priority Profile, which will involve an in-depth assessment of each of the three priorities. Once we have completed the assessment, we will then be able to determine how we will tackle these issues, and then move forward with a positive plan of action. We will keep you up to date with the progress that is made through the NAG report in the Phonebox Magazine.
Further progress is being made with regards to the sale of alcohol to under 18s. On the 29th August a ‘test purchase’ was made in a store in Olney, which resulted in an £80 fine for the licensee, who served alcohol to a 16 year old.
