BLEW BARN DANCE
BLEW will be holding a Barn Dance to raise money to fight the wind
farm proposals. It will be on Saturday the 8th July at Church Farm Emberton. Tickets are available from Debbie Brock or from Brocks Garage.
Lavendon Church Arts Festival 2006
On Friday 21st to Sunday 23rd July Lavendon Church are holding their annual Arts Festival. Over 200 original paintings will be on exhibition and for sale by around 50 artists, plus jewellery, wood turning and an Artist-in-Clay. Previews are on Friday 21st July 7pm-9pm. On Saturday 22nd, the Festival is open from 10am until 5pm, and on the Sunday, 1pm until 5pm.
Concert Saturday Evening
Voice
The Festival also includes a concert at the Church on Saturday Evening at 7.30pm, by Voice Versa. Called ‘Entertainment in Words and Music’, tickets cost £6 including a tasty buffet by Waitrose. Tickets are available from Rod on 01234 713374 or Ralph 01234 712743.
