Spring Quiz Evening
The date for our Spring Quiz is
Friday, 13 April, 2012
at 7.30 for 8.00 pm
at
North Crawley Village Institute, High Street (Please note new local venue)
This light-hearted, fun event is open to all comers.
Come either as a table-team of 6 players, or individually, and everybody will be accommodated.
Free refreshments will be provided during the evening, and a cash bar is open until closing time.
An entry fee of £5 per person will be collected on the evening, and prizes awarded to the winning team.

at the Bowls Club, High Street, North Crawley 2.00pm - 4.30pm
when visitors of all ages are welcome to come and see and use our facilities, to meet our members and, if new to the game, try their hand at bowling. Stop wondering if bowling is for you and come and try out your skills. The only requirement is a pair of flat soled shoes. We are particularly looking for new members from North Crawley Village and surrounding local areas.

We had a very interesting meeting in February with John Winchcomb our speaker for the evening. He introduced our members to the benefits of printer ink-
flow systems. He
explained to us that one
litre of manufacturers ink costs approximately
£1000 as opposed to
£156 for the ink used in
the ink flow systems. Printing demonstrations were shown, and instructions on how important it is for the
correct printing profiles
to be used for good
quality printing.
Members were
encouraged before the meeting to bring along printed samples to be judged on printing
quality, with a free profile going to the ones whose printing was a little
below par; two members being offered the free profile.
